So Many VoIP PBX Options!!

There are so many VoIP PBX options out there today, which one do you choose from? If you look at their web pages they sound all about the same. One might have a few more features that you dont necessarily need or care about. They all say they are easy to configure and will have you up and running withing hours or less! I recently read this Infoworld article here, that rounded up some of the most popular IP PBX and reviewed them. I think this article just made me more confused and after reading it, I had more questions than I started out with. VoIP is complex and the phone systems has many options and features. What I really got out of reading this article was if you only needed phone service and had under 20 people anyone of these would do you just fine. If you wanted advance features like IVR or confernencing, then all these IP PBX are not created equal. Without actually using them you have to filter out all the marketing material from their website and most of the time it is hard to find technical information to see if it would do what you want. I guess its back to the drawing board to do more research. sigh...
